Following the departure of Gibson from the Kalamazoo factory in Michigan, ex employees from the old Gibson factory continued to make guitars in the plant and named the brand “Heritage” . This is one of the top models the now rare Heritage H-110 a ” Double Cutaway Les Paul” type guitar with essentially a les Paul Standard DC body shape, but considerably thinner and lighter. Also the lower horn has a lesser pronounced double Cutaway, unlike the standard Gibson LP DCs.. Sound wise, it is an excellent guitar, with some really hot Seymour Duncan hum-buckers factory fitted, making a valve amp thunder or scream or both. Guitar has a lovely understated burst flame top. Lives in its Heritage case.
