Here a nice, road worn Gibson Les Paul Custom Black beauty. It’s a 1970/1 model and is an example of an early Norlin multi piece pancake body guitar. It’s built with solid mahogany body with mat black finish. The guitar is in fair condition for its near 5 decades age. There is a fair bit of tarnishing giving it patina and rock mojo. It’s a heavy guitar and despite the weight it pays really well. So it is a winner too in my book. The fretboard is a fine grain dark ebony and the mahogany neck plays light and fluid. Guitar lives in a later chainsaw hard-case.
