Here a Gibson Les Paul Custom In Black beauty in black and nickel finish. It’s a 1979 model and is an example of a fine solid body guitar made with solid mahogany body with a cool finish. The guitar is in good condition for its near 4 decades with some marks to the body and a bit of tarnishing to the nickel hardware giving it patina and rock mojo. With killer looks, and awesome sound it is a winner in my book. The fretboard is a fine grain dark ebony and the mahogany neck plays light and fluid. Guitar receipt from the shop where it was bought for $620 in 1980 came with the guitar. Guitar lives in its beaten up chainsaw hard-case.
