Wandre Spazial (1961/2, Red Resin)

Here we have an unusual guitar, the 1961/1962 Wandre Spazial, red smoke. There guitars were all made in Italy. This rare guitar appears to be all original. It’s an extremly light hollow-body guitar with no soundhole and has an amazing and original red smoke finish. This finish was applied hand made using candle smoke. It has some finish checking, which is normal and you often see on Wandre guitars, plus moderate wear overall. Otherwise the guitar is in perfect condition for its age. It features a great playing and straight aluminum neck through design with a rosewood fingerboard and typical Wandre-inlays. The cover on the back of the neck is in good condition, as are the two incredible sounding “Davoli” pickups. The guitar lives in its original shaped gig case. Weighs 2.4kg
