Yamaha SG-450 T (Black, 1984)

Not in to sheredfing but here we have an unusual and unique Yamaha SG shredder guitar, 1 of 2 in my collection, the Yamaha SG-450T guitar is an example of an unusual quality build guitar. Killer looks and great sound whichever way you set the tone/volume.

It sports an Asian Mahogany body, with a flush, set neck, rose fret board, mother of pearl dot fret-board position markers, locking nut and Kahler Tremolo unit. Chrome Hardware, Twin open hum-buckers, Alnico V type. The guitar is less heavy than its SG-2000/1000 counterparts but still has lots and lots of sustain, although no brass sustain plate fitted under bridge like its bigger brother SG-2000. The guitar is a real beauty with aged binding. The guitar is quite well finished with a great appearance, basic headstock decoration and no standard pick-guard. Weight of guitar approx. 3.6 Kgs, neck width at nut approx. 4.4 cm.
