Been resisting getting a Gibbo V for a long time. Well here is another, a 2001, Gibson V in red. Before I got any V, I thought, Balancing problems, floating neck, diving body, uneven weight distribution. Pointy bits, etc. The list goes on. Saw this, and had to get it, great sound over a valve amp. Both grungy and clean etc, quite flat wide neck, hence plays wonderful rock, blues and even classical, and also can make a real rocky racket in overdrive over my Hughes and a Kettner.
