Been resisting getting a Gibbo V for a long time. Here I thought, Balancing problems, floating neck, diving body, uneven weight distribution. Pointy bits, etc. The list goes on. Saw my first V at Billy Dawson, and had to get it, great sound over a VOX AC30, clean etc, quite flat wide neck, hence plays wonderful flamenco, Spanish tremolo and classical, and also can make a real rocky racket in overdrive over my mini BlackStar…..so here some Gibbo Vs in the collection, had a Dean 30yr Anniversary V before which ended up in Japan…a defo must for any geet collection….
